Please Note:
- The delivery may get delayed due to logistical, operational or force majeure complications. In very rare cases, the package is returned to origin (our facility), if the courier is unable to deliver it. In this case, we reship the package to the destination address, through another courier service, only after prior confirmation of serviceability.
- We work with 3rd party courier partners. We will do our best to escalate your case with them and expedite a resolution. However, please note that we do not have any control over their operations.
