We typically take up to 2 weeks to process a new Wingman policy, after you fill in and submit the registration form. If you registered for Wingman more than 2 weeks ago but haven't yet received your policy, then fill and submit this form. (Do not fill this form to register for Wingman)
If you have not received the Wingman Policy after 2 weeks of registration, it could be because...
- Some of the details submitted by you were incorrect. You must have received a mail from us, informing you of the same, and requesting you to resubmit the Wingman Insurance Registration form. Check your registered email id for this mail.
- The policy will be sent to your registered email id by the Insurance company. Check the spam and blocked folder of your registered email id for an email from the insurance company.
As soon as we receive this query from you, we will check if your policy has been issued or not.
- If your policy has been already issued by the insurance company, we will send you the policy via email.
- If your policy is not yet issued by the insurance company, we will escalate your case with the insurance company and expedite the issuance of the policy.
