Need to cancel your order before it’s shipped? Fill and submit this form below.
Please Note:
- An order can be cancelled only if it’s not already shipped at the time of receiving the cancellation request from you.
- Do not fill this form for a refund request after delivery.
Request a cancellation of your order:
- Before your order is shipped from our facility: We will accept your request and will cancel the order. At this point, we will offer you two choices; store credit or refund.
- After the order is shipped from our facility: In this case, we will not be able to accept your order cancellation request. Once the product is delivered, you can choose to request a refund. (Refer to our Return/Refund Policy for more details)
Terms & Conditions:
- Refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway fees (2% of the MRP of the product).
- Store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and redeemable only on rynoxgear.com.
- For specific "No Exchange, No Refund" products, an Order Cancellation request can be accepted only before the product is dispatched from our facility
