- Products purchased from rynoxgears.com: You can initiate a refund request within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product. A valid refund request can be successfully initiated only by filling in and submitting the Refund Request” form on rynoxgears.com. Refund requests received after 7 days of the delivery of the product will be automatically rejected.
- Refund Policy for Products Purchased from a Rynox Exclusive Store: You can initiate a Store Credit request in person, applicable only at the same Rynox Exclusive Store from where you originally purchased the product. This can be done within 7 days of purchase. No refund will be issued for products purchased from a Rynox Exclusive Store.
- Products purchased from a Rynox Authorised Dealership: Are subject to the independent refund policy of that particular dealership. We request you to confirm the exchange policy of a particular dealership, before purchase.
- Products purchased from a Rynox Authorised Online Reseller or from an online marketplace (for eg, Amazon): Are subject to the refund policy of that particular online reseller or marketplace. We request you to confirm the refund policy of a particular online reseller or marketplace before placing the order.
- Products purchased from an OEM brand partner: Are subject to the refund policy of that particular OEM brand. We request you to confirm the refund policy of a particular OEM brand before placing the order.

- Certain products in our line-up can not be returned or exchanged. This is categorically mentioned on the product page and on the packaging of these products.
Refund Process for rynoxgears.com:
- You can initiate a refund request within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product. A valid refund request can be successfully initiated only by filling in and submitting the Refund Request” form on rynoxgears.com. Refund requests received after 7 days of the delivery of the product will be automatically rejected.
- We request you ship your product back to us only after receiving a categorical email confirmation from us. Once you receive this confirmation, you are required to ship the product back to us on the address that we will provide. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. Rynox will not be responsible for any damage, delay or loss of the product in transit from your address to our central warehousing facility.
- For the product to be eligible for a refund, it needs to be in an unused, factory mint condition, with all the tags, labels, packaging and parts attached and intact. Approval of the refund is subject to physical verification of the product by our quality control team, stationed at our central warehousing facility.
- We retain the right to accept or reject the refund request based on the result of the physical verification. If the product passes the physical verification, we will approve the request and confirm the same with you via email. If the product fails the physical verification, and is found to not be in an unused, factory mint condition, with all the tags, labels, packaging and parts attached and intact; the refund request will be rejected and the same product will be shipped back to the address originally mentioned in the order.
- If the product passes the physical verification, you can choose between store credit or refund. A store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and redeemable only on rynoxgears.com.
- If you choose to get refunded, the refund will be initiated after deducting 2% of the MRP of the product to be refunded, as Payment Gateway Fees. Once the refund is initiated, we will share the transaction acknowledgement with you via email. It may take 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. After the refund has been initiated, we request you to follow up with your bank, in case of any delays.
