Step 1: Prep

• Remove all impact protectors.
• Undo all zippers, Velcro and buckles.
• Shake off loose surface dirt.
• Use a soft brush where required.

Step 2: Detergent

• Use, in order of preference:
• Purpose-made tech wash
• Neutral unscented liquid detergent
• Woollen liquid detergent
• Baby shampoo
• Avoid:
• Granular powder detergent
• Heavily scented liquid detergent

Step 3: Soak

• Dissolve one cap of detergent per garment in a bucket of lukewarm water.
• Soak for at least 30 minutes.
• Do not use hot water.

Step 4: Wash & Rinse

• Agitate and clean gently by hand.
• Focus on areas with grease or grime.
• Repeat where required.
• Rinse thoroughly until all detergent has been removed.
• Do not use hard or abrasive brushes.

Step 5: Dry & Store

• Place the jacket on a hanger and allow it to dry in a cool, ventilated and shaded area.
• Once completely dry, store it in a cool, ventilated and moisture-free place.
• Do not wring or tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not expose to direct sunlight while drying.
