Please Note:

This Crash Replacement Program defines the terms under which Rynox will provide replacement support for the thermoplastic parts of the Defender Pro Handguards if they are damaged (as defined below) due to an impact or accident. The replacement assistance offered through this program applies to specific parts only and is available only under the conditions mentioned here.

This program is applicable only on Defender Pro Handguards purchased at full printed MRP; from a Rynox Exclusive Store, a Rynox Authorised Dealership, a Rynox Authorised Online Reseller or from rynoxgear.com. To see the full list of authorised sellers, visit the Store Locator on rynoxgear.com.

The program is valid for two years from the date of purchase/delivery. During this period, up to two claims can be made. Any claims made beyond this limit will not be accepted.

Replacement coverage applies only to the thermoplastic parts of the Defender Pro Handguards, ie, the shroud, the slider and the deflector. Each claim made may include one or more of these thermoplastic parts, but only from one side of the handguards, either the left hand side (clutch lever side) or the right hand side (accelerator side). Requests that include parts from both sides in a single claim will not be accepted.

The replacement will be considered only if the part has visible damage, such as cracks or breakage, that affects its functionality/performance. Any damage that is cosmetic, including, but not limited to, surface scratches, scuff marks, colour fading, or normal wear and tear, does not qualify for replacement under this program. After receiving the damaged components, the Rynox Customer Support and Quality Control teams will evaluate the parts and make the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the claim.

To initiate the replacement process, you must fill out the Crash Replacement Claim Form available on rynoxgears.com. While submitting the form, you need to upload clear photos of the damaged parts while they are still installed on the motorcycle, along with a valid proof of purchase. Once the form is submitted, your claim will be reviewed and may be conditionally accepted based on the images submitted by you.

You are required to ship the claimed parts to the Rynox central warehouse at your own expense. Rynox will not be responsible for any damage, delay, or loss of the product during transit from the customer’s address to our central warehousing facility. Once the parts are received, inspected, and if the claim is approved, Rynox will ship the replacement parts (for which the claim has been accepted) and necessary fasteners to you at no additional cost. If the received product does not pass physical verification by our Quality Check team or differs from the images provided during claim submission, we reserve the right to reject the request and return the same part to you.

By purchasing the Defender Pro Handguards, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this Crash Replacement Program. This program defines the full scope, limitations, inclusions and exclusions of support available in case the product sustains damage.
