Which motorcycles are the Exo Frame Bags compatible with?
The Exo Frame Bags fit the KTM ADV 390 X, KTM ADV 390 R, KTM ADV 390 S, KTM ADV 250 and KTM Enduro 390. They are shaped for the shared crash guard setup of these models and are not compatible with other motorcycles.
-
How much storage do the Exo Frame Bags offer?
The set offers 8L of storage across two bags, with 4L in each.
-
What should I carry in them?
They are designed for items such as tool kits, first-aid kits, rain gear and spare clothes. Do not carry electronics or fragile valuables, as the bags are the first point of contact if the motorcycle falls.
-
Are the Exo Frame Bags waterproof?
No. The Exo Frame Bags are not stormproof.
-
How are the bags mounted?
Each bag uses four removable Velcro loop straps that attach through slot webbing along the main gusset. An angular slot secures a strap on the curved section of the crash guard.
-
Can I use them if I have auxiliary lights on my crash guards?
The slot webbing lets you change where the mounting straps sit, so you can position them around auxiliary lights fitted to the crash guards.
-
Do the bags hold their shape when empty?
Yes. EVA foam panels clad in 600D polyester and a PVC wire frame keep each bag's shape whether it is packed or empty.
-
Is there any internal organisation?
Yes. A 3D mesh sleeve behind the front panel keeps smaller essentials separate from the main compartment, and a mesh hinge at the opening helps stop contents spilling if the zip is opened too far.
-
Can I carry the bags off the motorcycle?
Yes. Each bag has a grab handle on the back panel.
-
What are the dimensions and weight?
Each bag measures L 23 cm × W 10 cm × H 29 cm and weighs 195 g.
-
What colours are available?
The Exo Framebags are available in Black, with orange graphics matched to KTM's trims.
