    No, the Helium GT 3 Jacket is not waterproof. It’s designed with ventilated mesh panels for hot and dry riding conditions. For rain protection, we recommend pairing it with the MODULAYER H2Go Rain Jacket, which is rated for 15,000 mm waterproofing and built specifically for motorcycling.
  • Is the Helium GT 3 Jacket unisex?
    The Helium GT 3 is primarily designed and sized for men. However, many women have used it comfortably and shared positive feedback. If you're buying this jacket for a woman, we recommend checking the size chart carefully and comparing it with actual body measurements before making a purchase.
  • What makes the Helium GT 3 suitable for city commuting?
    It’s lightweight, highly ventilated, and designed with a city-commute fit for all-day comfort. Features like a short summer collar, neoprene trims, and waist adjusters make it ideal for stop-and-go urban traffic and warm climates.
  • Does the Helium GT 3 Jacket have any special construction features?

  • Does Rynox ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally. All customers, irrespective of which country they’re from, pay the same price for all our products. The only difference for international shipments is that the shipping fees are charged on actuals. Please note that there might be separate import taxes that the customer may need to pay upon the arrival of the shipment in the destination country.

    - Select your country, enter your shipping address and your mobile phone number. Proceed to ship.
    - The total amount to be paid is auto fetched. It includes the MRP of selected products and international shipping fees in USD. Proceed to payment.
    - Select Razorpay as the payment method. Select billing address. Proceed to complete the order.
    - Scroll down to see Wallet options and select PayPal as your wallet. Proceed to pay.
    - Log in to PayPal and complete the payment.

  • In how many days can I expect my order to get delivered?
    Typically, it takes around 5–7 working days for domestic orders and 10–20 working days for international orders after they’re picked up by the courier. We usually take 1–2 working days to process and pack an order. Since we work with third-party courier partners, occasional delays can occur due to logistical or operational challenges. While such delays are beyond our control, we always do our best to escalate and expedite resolutions with the courier.
