Please Note:
- Products purchased from rynoxgears.com: You can initiate a product/colour/size exchange request within 7 calendar days of the delivery of the product. A valid product/colour/size exchange request can be successfully initiated only by filling in and submitting the “Product/Colour/Size Exchange Request” form on rynoxgears.com. Product/Colour/Size Exchange requests received after 7 days of the delivery of the product will be automatically rejected.
- Products purchased from a Rynox Exclusive Store: You can request a product/colour/size exchange at our Exclusive store you purchased the product at, only if it is in an unused and mint condition, with original packaging and tags, within 7 days of the purchase.
- Products purchased from a Rynox Authorised Dealership: Are subject to the independent product/colour/size exchange policy of that particular dealership. We request you to confirm the exchange policy of a particular dealership, before purchase.
- Products purchased from a Rynox Authorised Online Reseller or from an online marketplace (for eg, Amazon): Are subject to the product/colour/size Exchange policy of that particular online reseller or marketplace. We request you to confirm the refund policy of a particular online reseller or marketplace before placing the order.
- Products purchased from an OEM brand partner: Are subject to the product/colour/size Exchange policy of that particular OEM brand. We request you to confirm the refund policy of a particular OEM brand before placing the order.
Product/Colour/Size Exchange Process for rynoxgears.com:
- Before your order is shipped from our facility: We will make the requested Exchanges and your order will be shipped with the updated product, colour and/or size.
- After the delivery of your original order: Submit this form within 7 days of delivery.
Please Note
- A product/colour/size exchange is not applicable to specific products in our line-up. This is categorically mentioned on the online listings and on the packaging of these products.
- For any valid Exchange request accepted by us, we will attempt to arrange a reverse pickup of the product from the customer’s registered address. If the product sent back by you passes the physical verification by our Quality Control team, your order will be re-shipped with the updated product, colour and/or size.
- For any valid Exchange request accepted by us, if we’re unable to arrange a reverse pickup of the product from the customer’s registered address, we’ll request the customer to ship the product to our facility. Once the product is received at our facility and if the product sent back by you passes the physical verification by our Quality Control team, your order will be re-shipped with the updated product, colour and/or size and we will compensate the customer for the courier charges incurred by them to ship the product back to our facility, in the form of online store credit redeemable on rynoxgears.com. This compensation will be on actuals, based on the value of the courier invoice to be submitted by the customer, up to a maximum amount defined by us in advance. Rynox will not be responsible for any damage, delay or loss of the product in transit from the customer’s address to our central warehousing facility.
Terms & Conditions
- This Exchange request can only be processed subject to the availability of stock of the newly requested product, colour and/or size at the time of receiving this request from you.
- If the newly requested product is in stock and if the MRP of the requested product, colour and/or size is more than the MRP of the product in the original order, we will issue online store credit for the MRP of the original product, valid for 6 months from the date of issue of the store credit and redeemable only on rynoxgears.com. No cash refund will be issued in this case. This way, you can simply place a new order on our website for the desired product, use the store credit and pay the difference amount at the time of checking out.
- If the newly requested product is in stock and if the MRP of the requested product, colour and/or size is lower than the MRP of the product in the original order, we will ship the newly requested product to you and issue online store credit for the difference amount, valid for 6 months from the date of issue and redeemable only on rynoxgears.com. No cash refund will be issued in this case. This way, you will be a proud owner of the Rynox product of your choice and you can use the store credit at any time within 6 months.
- In case the requested product, colour and/or size is not in stock, you can either ask for a refund or opt for online store credit. The refund will be processed after deducting payment gateway fees (2% of the MRP of the product). The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and is redeemable only on rynoxgears.com.
