Step 1 - Prep

• We recommend emptying both bags, removing the mounting straps and undoing all zippers before cleaning.
• Shake out or gently brush off loose dirt and grit.

Step 2 - Detergent

• A small amount of mild liquid soap or detergent is recommended.
• Avoid bleach, as it can affect the fabric and the printed graphics.

Step 3 - Soak

• Soak the bags in lukewarm soapy water.
• Avoid hot water, as excess heat can damage the bags.

Step 4 - Wash & Rinse

• Wash gently by hand and rinse thoroughly until free of soap.
• Go gently over the reflective print and orange graphics; scrubbing these areas may cause them to wear or peel.
• Avoid wringing, which can distort the panels and frame that hold the bag's shape.

Step 5 - Dry

• Let the bags air-dry fully with the zippers open, in a cool, ventilated and shaded place.
• Keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources while drying.
• Do not tumble dry, iron or bleach.

Step 6 - Store & General

• Make sure the bags are completely dry, inside and out, before storing them.
• Store in a cool, ventilated, moisture-free place, out of direct sunlight.
• Prolonged sun exposure may fade the colours, and the reflective print and colour trims may wear gradually with use; following this guidance helps maintain them.
