- The glossy surfaces of the knuckle protector, wrist slider, and palm sliders may develop scratches with use. These scratches are cosmetic and are a normal result of use.

Wash and Care
Step 1: Prep
- Fasten all Velcro and secure the wrist strap so the hook side can't snag or abrade the panels
- Shake out loose dirt, then lift off surface grit with a soft, dry brush FIRST — before any wiping, so grit isn't dragged across the leather
Step 2: Routine cleaning (preferred)
- After brushing, wipe the leather and fabric with a clean, damp (not wet) microfiber cloth
- For grime, add a little mild, leather-safe cleaner (or a mild neutral soap) to the microfiber cloth, not to the glove — wipe, don't soak
Step 3: Deeper clean (only if needed)
- Clean by hand with minimal lukewarm water, working quickly; do not soak, machine-wash, or wring
- Wipe away residue with a clean, damp (not wet) microfiber cloth
Step 4: Dry
- Reshape and lay flat in a cool, ventilated, shaded place, away from direct sunlight and heat — direct heat stiffens and cracks leather
- While still slightly damp, put the gloves on and flex the fingers and wrists a few times so they dry to the shape of your hand
- Do not tumble dry, iron, or dry clean
Step 5: Condition
- Once completely dry, work a small amount of leather conditioner into the leather panels with a soft cloth; let it absorb and buff off any excess
- Keep conditioner off the mesh, textile and grip areas
- Repeat occasionally through the glove's life to keep the leather supple
Step 6: Store & General
- Store clean and completely dry, in a cool, ventilated place out of direct sunlight; never store the gloves damp or wet
- Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, solvents, thinners, cleaning agents, fuels and direct heat or fire
- When new or damp, dyed leather may transfer some colour to the hands; this is natural and eases over time and use
- The product-name print and printed elements wear gradually with normal use; following this guide helps maintain the gloves through their service life

Product FAQs
-
What are the Tornado Pro 5 Gloves designed for?
The Tornado Pro 5 Gloves are sport touring gloves designed primarily for touring and long-haul riding in warm and hot, dry conditions. Their airflow, semi-gauntlet construction, and protective components also make them suitable for commuting and shorter everyday rides.
-
What is a semi-gauntlet motorcycle glove?
A semi-gauntlet uses a moderate-length cuff that extends over the wrist. It offers more wrist coverage than a short-cuff glove without the bulk and restricted wrist movement associated with a full gauntlet.
-
Are the Tornado Pro 5 Gloves suitable for hot-weather riding?
Yes. The gloves use 3D-mesh panels, floating-knuckle ventilation, and Lycra gussets between the fingers to circulate air across the hand during rides in warm and hot conditions.
-
Are the Tornado Pro 5 Gloves waterproof?
No. The Tornado Pro 5 Gloves are ventilated gloves designed for warm and dry riding conditions. They are not intended for wet- or cold-weather use.
-
How do the FAST-R Palm Sliders and D3O impact foam work together?
The two FAST-R Palm Sliders are positioned at the base of the palm to help it slide instead of catching during a fall. D3O impact foam beneath the sliders adds impact absorption at the same area.
-
Do the FAST-R Palm Sliders affect grip or control?
The FAST-R Palm Sliders are positioned clear of the primary grip and control surfaces, allowing natural contact with the handlebar and levers.
-
What does the wide pinky bridge do?
The wide pinky bridge links the little finger to the ring finger so the two fingers move and are supported together. It is designed to do this without restricting normal lever operation.
-
Do the Tornado Pro 5 Gloves work with touchscreens?
Yes. TapFingertips™ touch-sensitive material is provided on the index finger and thumb, allowing compatible phones and navigation screens to be operated without removing the gloves.
-
How do I choose the correct size?
The best way to get your correct size is to measure the circumference of your palm and compare it with the Tornado Pro 5 size chart.
-
Do the Tornado Pro 5 Gloves include Wingman Accident Insurance?
Yes. The Tornado Pro 5 Gloves include complimentary Rynox Wingman Accident Insurance, offering personal accident cover of ₹50,000 for one year.
